  • (2) Stopping on a road where parking is prohibited and waiting 5 minutes in the motor vehicle for a friend is a parking violation.
  • (3) You need not slow down or come to a stop when it is clear that a pedestrian or bicyclist does not intend to cross in a crosswalk or bicycle crossing zone.
  • (4) When vehicles are turning, the inner rear wheel follows a path radially inside the inner front wheel.
  • (5) Both parking and stopping are prohibited in a tunnel, regardless of whether traffic lanes are provided.
