(1) At intersections controlled by a traffic light, you must come to a stop just before the traffic light when a stop line is not provided.
(2) When driving alongside bicyclists traveling in a side strip, there is no need to reduce speed or to maintain a safe distance from the bicyclist.
(3) A vehicle is said to have stopped when the conditions for parking do not apply to a stationary vehicle or when the vehicle can be moved immediately by the driver.
(4) If your view is obstructed when crossing railroad tracks, you should move gradually toward the railroad tracks until you have reached a position from where you can visually confirm the way is safe.
(5) Both parking and stopping are prohibited in a tunnel, regardless of whether traffic lanes are provided.
